The Cardo Group are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator based in the Keith, Moray area.

 

The role will be working with Heat Care Oil & Gas Ltd (A Cardo Group company)

 

The Office Administrator role provides essential support to the business by handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role involves general office support, data management, and contributing to the efficient functioning of the business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Telephone and email with clients
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Responding to Housing enquiries
  • Daily Reports for housing associations
  • Provide assistance where and when required in the office
  • General administration tasks
  • Raising repairs to our bespoke system

 

Skills and Experience

 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
