Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) is an employer-led initiative that partners with businesses and organisations to create valuable opportunities for young people. As one of 20 regional groups working across Scotland, DYW Moray connects businesses and organisations with schools across Moray and the local college, helping to better prepare young people for the world of work.

Upcoming Events
DYW Moray host a range of events throughout the year, in partnership with our local businesses, ranging from career fairs and industry insight days to practical workshops and employer-led school visits. These events aim to connect young people with local businesses, helping them to explore career paths and gain real world skills and experience.
