Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) is an employer-led initiative that partners with businesses and organisations to create valuable opportunities for young people. As one of 20 regional groups working across Scotland, DYW Moray connects businesses and organisations with schools across Moray and the local college, helping to better prepare young people for the world of work.
