Job Overview: Placing orders and the recalling of stock from depots using our order management system and dealing with customer enquiries via telephone or e-mail, providing exceptional customer service when communicating with our customers.

Role Description:

This is a temporary, full-time opportunity to work within our E-commerce Department at its busiest time during the Christmas period. You will be part of the team responsible for placing orders and the recalling of stock from depots using our order management system and dealing with customer enquiries via telephone or e-mail, providing exceptional customer service when communicating with our customers. Full training will be provided.
