Job Description

  • Providing effective day to day support to existing customers
  • Managing technical enquiries in relation to data connectivity
  • Accurate placement and management of orders
  • Logging customer faults, liaising with suppliers and engineers to reach resolution
  • Updating billing platform
  • CRM task management
  • Assisting the Provisioning Manager

Essential skills, experience and qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated, driven and well organised
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Competent in Excel, Word and Web Portals
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise appropriately
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • Strong team player
