- Providing effective day to day support to existing customers
- Managing technical enquiries in relation to data connectivity
- Accurate placement and management of orders
- Logging customer faults, liaising with suppliers and engineers to reach resolution
- Updating billing platform
- CRM task management
- Assisting the Provisioning Manager

- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Self-motivated, driven and well organised
- Ability to work under pressure
- Competent in Excel, Word and Web Portals
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise appropriately
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Strong team player
