Job Description

Primarily a project-based role, you will engage with and support customers by managing online portal use and analyse software platforms.

  • Previous experience is great, but not essential.
  • We feel it’s more valuable to have a natural flair for numbers, systems, processes and problem solving.

Experience with Microsoft office would be beneficial alongside confidence to deal with customers over the phone and by email.

Essential skills, experience and qualifications

  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Attention to detail to monitor and control project variables
  • Good communication skills to coordinate with team members
  • A confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Work confidentially and to required deadlines
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise appropriately.
