#MySkillsMakeMe National Campaign

On w/c 16th November DYW are running a national equalities campaign aimed at young people, employers, educators, parents/guardians and students that promotes, illustrates and celebrates diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Building on last year’s #AJobforEverybody campaign, we will be introducing a new feature as part of the week – #MySkillsMakeMe which is similar to our award-winning #NoWrongPath campaign. The aim of this campaign is to highlight peoples skills from all backgrounds in the hope it will encourage our young people to think aspirationally about their career pathways.

We encourage all young people, educators, students, employers, parents/guardians to get involved in this year’s campaign by completing the easy steps below:

How to get involved

Step 1 – Spread the word about this campaign with colleagues and young people to encourage them to get involved and mark w/c 16th November.

Step 2 – Let us know if you are going to be getting involved

Step 3 – Complete the below template which will showcase your skills and take a photo of you holding the poster.

Step 4 – On w/c 16th November share your picture across social media channels using #AJobforEverybody, #MySkillsMakeMe and tag @DYWMoray or/and send me your pictures by 10th November and we will share your picture on our social media on your behalf.
