#NoWrongPath 2020 National Campaign
It's that time of year again! Scottish Exam Results Day (Tuesday 4th August 2020) is fast-approaching and we are inviting you and your colleagues to get involved in our #NoWrongPath 2020 national campaign.
Following the success of previous years, DYW are launching our fourth #NoWrongPath campaign which seeks to inspire and reassure young people that even in these most difficult times there are still opportunities for them to progress and that there is no wrong path to success.
This year has been unique due to the disruption to education and the subsequent impact to final examination results. It is important now more than ever to connect with school leavers who may not have received their expected results as well as those in the older age groups who may be leaving college or university and who now face a very different labour market.
To get involved in the campaign…
Step 1: Pledge your support by marking Tuesday 4th August in your diary and share this email with colleagues, friends and family encouraging them to get involved.
Step 2: Complete the poster in the below link stating what you first did when you left school and what job role you are currently in now. If you don't have a printer you can write the poster on paper. Then take a photo or video of yourself holding the poster.https://static.wixstatic.com/u...
Step 3: Send your photo or video to firstname.lastname@example.org by 31st July 2020. We will then share your photo or video on your behalf on our social media channels on 4th August. Alternatively, on Tuesday 4th August post a photograph or video of yourself on your organisation and/or personal social media channels including #NoWrongPath and @DYWMoray so we can share your post.
Step 4: Nominate a friend or colleague to do the same.
Please note, if you have taken part in our campaign in the past and wish to be involved in this year’s campaign, please can you complete the above steps as we aren’t using previous campaign photos unless requested.
If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
