Moray Apprenticeship Jobs Fair 2026

This FREE apprenticeship jobs fair will include a wide variety of employers across various industries who are all currently recruiting for apprentices now and in the future. Come along whether you want to do an apprenticeship now or in the future, and/or a parent/carer interested in learning more about apprenticeships and how they operate.

A jobs fair is a great way to speak with potential employers face-to-face in a relaxed environment, collect info on employers, ask them questions, apply for jobs, or even have a mini informal interview on the day! In addition, there will be apprenticeship experts at hand where you can:

• Meet the assessors and find out about the assessment process, how it is delivered, how to record the activity, and how to complete portfolios
• Meet the training coordinator to find out about the support provided to both the apprentice and the employer, apprenticeship duration, progression, mentors, and apprentice commitments.
• Learn where to find out about what apprenticeships are most suited to you.
• Find answers to other questions you may have.

Join us for a preparation session ahead of the UHI Moray Jobs Fair on 24th February, 6–8pm! This session is highly recommended for anyone seeking an apprenticeship and offers a fantastic opportunity to:

• Get your CV reviewed by experts and receive personalised feedback.
• Understand what to expect at the jobs fair and how to present yourself confidently.
• Learn how to stand out from other candidates.
• Identify and highlight your unique selling points.
• Gain an overview of participating employers.

This session is essential for anyone attending the fair—don’t miss the chance to prepare and make the most of the opportunity! To attend, please indicate your interest when registering via Eventbrite. Please note: this session is exclusively for individuals seeking apprenticeships; parents and guardians cannot attend.

To attend the jobs fair all you need to do is:

• Register your attendance for the event on this page.
• Arrive at UHI Moray, Elgin between 4:30pm–7:00pm**
• Bring a CV (advisable but not essential).
• Be prepared to chat with different employers from organisations across Moray recruiting apprentices and see what they offer. Top tip - make sure you speak to every exhibitor at the Jobs Fair to maximise the available opportunities.

**Please note that we will have a quiet session from 4pm-4:30pm for individuals who may be sensitive to noise and crowds. If this does not apply to you, we kindly ask that you respect this time and plan to attend outside of this session. For those wishing to attend the quiet session, please ensure you arrive at 4pm.
