Lossiemouth High School Mock Interviews and CV Checks

As part of the S3 Employability Award, Lossiemouth High School would welcome support from employers and organisations to conduct Mock Interviews and CV Checks.

This would include include:

• Conducting short one-to-one interviews using a provided question sheet and reviewing pupils CVs
• Offering supportive, constructive feedback on both interview performance and CVs
• Highlighting strengths and offering practical suggestions for improvement
• Reinforcing key messages about presentation, preparation, and communication

This session offers pupils a meaningful opportunity to practise interview skills in a safe environment, with direct input from local employers.

Whilst the interviews will span across three mornings, there would be no obligation to commit to all three days.
