This role will support admin tasks for the Managing Director and PA to Managing Director.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- To obtain quotes for production equipment
- To maintain log of production related expenditure.
- To obtain quotes and to co-ordinate with external contractors while on site.
- To monitor energy use / meter readings & Invoices within factories & offices
- To record all insurance claims and settlements.
- To ensure costings are current and correct.
- To monitor and log all vehicle related issues.
- Manage all residential properties and liaise with residents as required.
- To liaise with shops and contractors regarding any repairs.
- Manage service & maintenance of all security systems.
- General administration duties as required, including managing travel arrangements.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, with experience creating spreadsheets, managing data, and producing accurate reports to support office operations.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative processes and accurate documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities, balancing administrative duties, scheduling, and task coordination in a fast-paced office environment.
