We are looking for a friendly, reliable and organised Morning Server to join our team. This is a varied front of house role suited to someone who enjoys early starts, working with people and being part of a close knit hospitality team.
The position is primarily based at Hotel 1881 in Archiestown, with occasional shifts at our sister property, Dowans Hotel in Aberlour, a Michelin Recommended hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Serving breakfast and morning refreshments
- Checking guests in and out of the hotel
- Providing a warm and professional welcome to all guests
- Setting up and clearing the breakfast area
- Handling guest enquiries in person and over the phone
- Supporting general morning front of house duties
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of public areas
What We Are Looking For
- A positive and friendly attitude
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable timekeeping and flexibility with rota work
- Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not essential as full training will be provided
- Own transport is essential due to lack of public transport in Archiestown
