About Us
At DYW Moray, we aim to better connect employers and education to make the transition between school and the world of work a little easier. While we don’t work directly with young people, everything we do is for them -and for our local employers.
We bring schools and industry together to create meaningful experiences that help young people explore careers, build confidence and take their next steps.
We also provide practical support to employers, helping them open up future talent pipelines, build confidence in recruiting young people and showcase the opportunities available within their business. Whether it’s offering insight into the curriculum, coordinating engagement activities or helping employers understand how best to connect with schools, we make it easier for industry to play an active role in developing Moray’s future workforce.
