While we don’t work directly with young people, everything we do is designed to support the experiences that help them explore careers, build confidence and take their next steps.

Your School Coordinator
Every secondary school in Moray has a DYW School Coordinator who leads on employer engagement within the school. They work closely with staff, employers and the DYW Moray team to plan activities, support curriculum links and ensure young people have access to meaningful experiences.
We provide ongoing support, resources and guidance to help School Coordinators deliver high‑quality engagement that benefits both learners and staff.
