DYW Moray is proud to announce Paul Duke from the Royal Air Force (RAF) as the recipient of the March Employer Recognition Award. This award celebrates individuals who make outstanding contributions to developing the workforce of the future, and Paul has demonstrated an exceptional commitment to inspiring and supporting young people across Moray.
Paul consistently goes above and beyond in his efforts to engage with students, leading interactive STEM workshops and initiatives that equip young people with essential skills for their future careers. Through his leadership, hundreds of primary and secondary school pupils across the region—and beyond—have benefited from hands-on learning experiences designed to spark interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
Most recently, Paul played a key role in the Moray FIRST® LEGO® League finals, where he served as Head Referee. In this capacity, he coordinated the team of referees and provided vital support to participating school teams, ensuring the event’s smooth operation and success. His dedication and expertise were instrumental in delivering an inspiring competition that showcased students’ problem-solving and teamwork skills.
