About the Role

You’ll be at the heart of our operations, supporting colleagues, customers, and suppliers with key business support tasks. From managing diaries to handling finance admin, every day will bring variety—and your efforts will truly make a difference.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Inputting and managing data with accuracy
  • Coordinating diaries and maintaining records
  • Handling communications by phone, email, and in-person
  • Supporting our reception as needed
  • Helping with finance tasks like invoices and purchase orders
  • Organising meetings and preparing agendas, minutes, and papers
  • Keeping office supplies stocked and organised

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous admin or clerical experience
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Brilliant attention to detail• Great time management and multitasking skills
  • Friendly communicator, both written and verbal
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team• A flexible, can-do attitude
