The Murray family has been at the helm of the Dowans Hotel for over 13 years, creating a warm and welcoming environment for both guests and staff. With a strong reputation for exceptional hospitality, we are now looking to expand our team by recruiting enthusiastic breakfast service servers.

The Role
- Shifts: 3 days per week, which may include one or both weekend days.
- Hours:
- Weekdays: Earliest start at 6:45 AM, latest finish at 12:00 PM.
- Weekends: Earliest start at 7:45 AM, latest finish at 12:00 PM.
- Additional Hours: For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to extend shifts through lunch service, with a latest finish of 3:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take and process breakfast orders accurately while offering menu recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure dining areas and service stations are clean and well-organized.
- Assist with food preparation and kitchen duties as needed to ensure smooth service.
- Handle guest enquiries with professionalism, delivering an excellent hospitality experience.

Hourly salary as follows:
- 16-17 year olds - £8 per hour
- 18 - 20 year olds - £10.85 per hour
- 21+ - £13.45 per hour
- Pay: £8.00-£13.45 per hour
