We are seeking Factory Operators to join our team at our Fochabers site for the Beetroot Season on a fixed term basis. As a Factory Operator, you will be responsible for using equipment and machinery to assist with manufacture and package food products.
Responsibilities:
- To follow Standard Operating Procedures and risk assessments for equipment and machinery.
- To follow without deviation, food safety training and standards set.
- To follow company recipes without deviation unless authorised by a manager in writing, to do so.
- Setting up equipment, carrying out changeovers, running checks, act in response to process deviations including shutting down machines.
- Manual handling of raw materials and /or finished products.
- Reporting machine difficulties and provide information to determine corrective action.
