Principal purpose of the role:
To work within the European Finance team to assist with various functions as per the demands of the business.
Main accountabilities:
1. Assisting the Operational Finance function as per the direction of the Team Lead
2. Assisting the Commercial Finance function as per the direction of the Team Lead
3. Assisting the Accounts Receivable function as per the direction of the AR Supervisor
4. Assisting with other financial administration tasks across the department as required.
5. Updating reports
6. Data processing and input
7. Scheduling meetings
8. Pulling information into presentations
9. Master data cleansing/management
Person Specification:
1. High capability re Baxters behavioural standards
2. Good Microsoft Work ad Excel skills
3. Good organisational skills and ability to work to bust deadlines
4. Strong data entry skills and a keen eye for detail
5. Good communication skills
6. Ability to work well with a range of stakeholders as part of a team
7. English and Maths required
8. Business Management/Accounting would be beneficial
