Following a refurb and new management, we’re expanding Front of House and we’d love to hear from you if you have what it takes to be an efficient, energetic and hardworking member of a very friendly team who put guest experience front and centre.

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks that ensure smooth operations and exceptional service within our restaurant setting.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, providing recommendations when needed.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for guest satisfaction.
- Support catering events as required, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Assist in bartending duties when necessary, demonstrating knowledge of beverages and cocktails.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Skills in food preparation and catering will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help colleagues as needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
