We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks that ensure smooth operations and exceptional service within our restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
  • Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately, providing recommendations when needed.
  • Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for guest satisfaction.
  • Support catering events as required, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
  • Assist in bartending duties when necessary, demonstrating knowledge of beverages and cocktails.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
  • Skills in food preparation and catering will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help colleagues as needed.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
