Front of House Team Member, The Wok Inn - Forres

This is a part-time evening position, ideal for someone who enjoys working in hospitality or is looking for a side hustle. The role requires weekend availability and some weekday shifts for holiday cover and busy periods.
We are primarily seeking candidates aged 18+ due to role responsibilities. However, we may consider applicants under 18 years of age for a similar support position, so please feel free to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving customers in the restaurant and pouring drinks
- Taking dine-in and takeaway orders by phone and in person
- Organising the flow between restaurant and takeaway operations
- Operating the till and confidently handling cash
- Occasionally opening and locking up the restaurant and being in sole charge at times
- Keeping front-of-house and public areas clean and presentable
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hospitality experience preferred (Not Essential)
- Confident, organised, and enthusiastic team player
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and dependable, especially for evenings and weekends
- Friendly personality with good communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow with the role
