About Us

We are a small but growing property development and holiday let business, looking for a proactive and organised person to provide managerial and administrative support.

This is a flexible, part-time role that can grow with the business — perfect for someone with solid admin and bookkeeping experience who enjoys working independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and organisational support to the business owner
  • Carry out basic bookkeeping, including invoices, expenses, and receipts
  • Manage emails, scheduling, and general communication using Outlook
  • Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and documents in Excel and Word
  • Support property operations, including bookings, maintenance coordination, and supplier communication
  • Assist with general project tracking and follow-up tasks

Essential Skills

  • Strong IT literacy — confident with Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Bookkeeping experience (basic level required)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage workload independently
  • Good attention to detail

Desirable

  • Experience in property management, lettings, or development
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks)
  • Based near Forres or local knowledge of the area
