Anderson’s is a residential care service in Elgin. We provide a range of care and support services for our older residents, some of whom have dementia. Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes that match our own!

What you need:
- SVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent is essential. Consideration will be given to anyone who can demonstrate a warm and caring approach with good communication skills and an ability to work on their own initiative. However you would be required to work towards gaining your SVQ 3 within the first 18 months of commencing employment with us.

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents during the night shift, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Monitor and document changes in residents' health and behaviour, reporting any concerns to the shift leader.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
You should be SSSC registered or able to commit to registering before completion of three months of employment.
Our Home is staffed 24/7 and we have a variety of shifts in operation.
