Station Services Squadron Infrastructure Administrative Support, Ministry of Defence - Lossiemouth

The post holder will be responsible for:
- Acting as the interfacing point of contact between stakeholders for maintenance and infrastructure works requirements and highlighting any issues.
- Initiating, registering and co-ordination of and minor infrastructure works requests.
- Acting as the site principal contact for all estate related matters, including the coordination and maintenance of site access framework and the provision of all required information and guidance for external industry partners.
- Supporting Defence Infrastructure Organisation colleagues with requirements management and facilitation of Core Works.
- Contributing to performance reviews of industry partners.
- Providing support with site-level committees, meetings and boards.
- Administration of building and accommodation allocations.
- Managing estate administration tasks.
- Attending Commanding Officer building inspections where required.
Person specification
This role is suited to someone who is highly organised, proficient in the use of Microsoft 365 applications, and possess a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
The successful candidate must be able to work independently as well as within a team in a busy operational environment.
The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written is essential as you will be engaging with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally.
Desirable Qualifications/Skills
- Previous experience working within facilities management.
