Through her role at Brightwork, she has actively supported young people by making referrals to employers, creating opportunities, and encouraging businesses to get involved in skills development. She has worked closely with several secondary schools and UHI Moray, helping to connect learners with meaningful pathways into the world of work. Her tireless efforts have not only opened doors for individuals but also strengthened connections between employers, education, and the next generation of talent in Moray.
