Lossiemouth High School S1 Technology Activity Day

As part of a dedicated project and activity day, Lossiemouth High School is inviting employers to support their S1 Technology pupils through a practical, hands-on learning experience.

This day is designed to give pupils the opportunity to apply their learning in a real-world context, developing key skills such as problem-solving, creativity and teamwork.

We are seeking an employer to provide a technology-focused project or activity that pupils can work on for approximately three hours.

You can choose to:

• Attend the session to introduce the activity and engage with pupils throughout, or
• Provide the project brief in advance, with delivery supported by school staff

The activity should:

• Be practical, engaging and suitable for an S1 audience
• Encourage teamwork, design thinking and problem-solving
• Link, where possible, to real-world applications within your sector

Pupils will take part in this activity alongside other sessions during the day, including a raft building challenge, creating a varied and engaging learning experience.
